At Ether we’re a full-services marketing firm. In the interest of not being a pile of buzzwordy mumbo-jumbo here’s some of the stuff we actually do:

• Craft your story: Before anything, we need to find your story. Who are you, what do you stand for, how are you different? Are you flirty? Are you mature? Do you send cupcakes at Christmas or tickets to the symphony? Who you are and what your company personality is allows us to tell the rest of your story. Before anything we look to tackle these amazingly fun strategy and positioning exercises.
• Get you dressed up: Much like a stylist crafting  an elegant wardrobe, we make sure you look downright jaw-dropping. Logo, web design, website development, business cards, letterhead, everything. Eye-popping design and rock-solid programming are in our DNA.
• Show you off: All dressed up and nowhere to go? Buzzwordy things like “Communications Plans” and “go to market strategies” are in fact key to exploding your business. You might have the most amazing story of dedicated, quality, hard-working staff but how do you get people to pay attention? Is your product revolutionary? Great, now it’s time to use a surgeons precision to find the right audience, determine the most lucrative markets and capitalize on sellable moments. We take the story and beautiful package and shout it from the mountains.
• Stuff the mattress: Sales. In one word, nothing else matters more to any budding businesswoman or man. A deep, passionate history in sales give Ether the insight to work with you to close business. This is the number one metric we use and will tie our compensation to it. In the enlightened words of Puff Daddy “It’s all about the Benjamins”

Ether Strategy Lite:

Operating on your more traditional consulting business model, Ether can provide any one of our functional areas standalone on a lump sum project basis. This includes such individual things as:

• Company positioning and visioning
• Overall business strategy
• Branding
• Web design and development
• Sales strategy
• Sales execution
• Market research
• Communications planning and advertising
• Anything else you can think of that relates to the wonderful world of marketing

Full Meal Deal:

At Ether, we prefer to work with client partners. By this we mean hours aren’t counted and billed and rounded to the nearest 6^th minute. We determine an overall scope and list of things we can help with, make sure the budget fits and tie our fees to the end goal. Perhaps you need $30,000 of marketing services to grow your business by $250,000 next year. We could charge $15,000 and 10% of sales growth. You win. We win. Everyone pulls the wagon in the same direction. Billable hours software companies hate it.

We’re even open to becoming equity partners with our clients. If you truly want a business partner, let’s chat, we’d love to grow the pie together.
